We ate at Island Blues today. The crab cakes may be the best I have ever had. We haven't made it over to the Donkey Diner area yet but I am pretty sure they are still closed. We did go by Pickels today and they do breakfast on the Coral Bay side.

Donkey Diner is closed for good. It's not even listed for sale on the MLS anymore.

Heard exciting news about Donkey Diner a few weeks ago and if it is true it will be a fantastic addition to Coral Bay but I have not confirmed it so don't want to continue what might only be a rumor but stay tuned.

And I've noticed that all of the "Donkey Diner" signs have been removed from the property... So, odds are, whatever it becomes, it won't be the "Donkey Diner" anymore...

I am 99.9% sure that the Donkey Diner location is going to be Rhumb Lines. They will keep their Cruz Bay location also. We wish them luck there!

Yes I had heard it is going to be Rhumblines but as I am not one for starting rumors (it has not been confirmed and the only people I have spoke with about this also have not confirmed this and only have said it is rumored to be) I did not want to put anything in writing :)

Oh I hope it's true! I really love their food, but prefer Coral Bay. Hmmm...if it is true, I wonder when...

Why hint around at a rumor, then? Why beat around the bush?
