Sea Lice

Post by MN_Bhoy »

I know, I know, disgusting. We were there during the 2015 Invasion and it wasn't fun.

The reason I'm bringing it up is I was on another STJ board and there was a posting from April 2018 saying the sea lice were showing up at Hawksnest. There have been no updates since then...

My family and I (including my 18 mo old granddaughter) are there for a week in late July and I was wondering if there have been any sightings/reports lately.

This is one posting that I hope doesn't get a high response rate!

Thanks!

I'm not able to answer your question, but coincidentally I literally just yesterday stumbled across this article online, but only pertaining to the Florida Panhandle. Just FYI. Hoping all is clear for your trip to STJ.

Thanks Ed.

I saw that article yesterday which led me to look on the STJ forums. No responses yet, so fingers crossed!
