Think of a large floating platform with dinghy dock, swim up, bar and food at Hansen Bay. I talked to Richard, the co-owner of Lime Inn / Lime Out, about the project over Halloween. It is a bigger moored platform with significant solar, power storage, and propane for the kitchen. He will have heads, black water holding tank, and (I believe) gray water holding tank that will be pumped out. It is an ambitious project. I wish them well.

Cheers, RickG

Thanks, Rick.
I met Rich Miller years ago. He's from "my parts", here in Jersey.
Looking forward to giving him some business in the East!

Mahojim, Rich (and Chris) were associated with the old Chesapeake Bay Seafood Company in my home town of Long Valley NJ 30+ years ago. It has since re-opened as The Chesapeake Tavern. I didn't realize you were also from the area! (I knew you were from NJ, didn't realize all the way up here though). Cool!!!

The Rich that is running Lime Inn is the son-in-law of Rich Meyer, married to their daughter Chelsea. I understand they bought the restaurant from Rich & Chris.

Rick, yes, that was my understanding. We didn't get a chance to run into Rich Meyer last month, but Chelsea was there and we did catch up with her for a bit as she was seating us. She is so sweet! Hope their businesses do well. Lime Inn is always a solid choice.
