Cool pic of the barge...it looks like it is going really fast. Do they normally fly like that???

We were up on the bridge (I think that is what you call it). It was strange because they let us wander around while the barge was moving, and the railings are definitely not child proof!

I was on it the next day. It seemed to move faster than the old ones. I did get some salt spray on the way over though.

Does this mean getting on a car barge should be easier than it was a few weeks ago

That's good to know, Anthony -- thanks! We're planning to rent our jeeps in STT for the first time, to go over to STJ. So I was a little concerned after hearing about barges out of service and resulting long waits about a month ago. Guess there are no guarantees, but it's seems worth trying. Just hope we don't have problems on going home day...
