FULL MOON PARTIES?

Post by snorkelqueen »

Wow - I just realized we will be on island on the 18th for the FULL MOON! I'm thrilled! Does anyone know if Miss Lucy's still does the "full moon pig roast"? Or are there any other full moon events that are MUST DO?! I have read that just watching the full moom raise out of the water any where on east end is an epic event in itself!

We like Shipwreck Landing for full moon. Others say great things about Miss Lucys, but we've been staying away since 2004. I think its time to go back.

There may be a special event out at Concordia campgrounds dining area on 7/18 and 8/16 for full moons.

Snorkel...when we were there 18th-25th of June the head cook at Miss Lucy's quit unexpectedly. So you may want to call ahead and check..but i would second Shipwreck as Rick had suggested

You folks can have it all. We have a killer moon rise and the head chef from Miss Lucy's is now part of the Shipwreck family.
