Barrage of Villa Reviews

Post by benchill »

Started my backlog of villa reviews this evening. I find the villa review section of this site to be invaluable to our readership. I trust what our peers say about the villas far more than ad copy on a villa broker's website. If you haven't utilized this section, you are missing out.

For those who may not where it is:

Read my latest review: Casa de Sonadores.

Look soon for my reviews of:

Cocotier in Virgin Grand Estates

Amorosa in Upper Peter Bay

Coco Caribe in Fish Bay

Beach Walk on the water at Chocolate Hole

Golden Dragon in Fish Bay

I will also start on my two trip reports that I am behind on and shed light on my Prescription Snorkle Mask debacle involving beach bars and Jeeps!

Also interested in Amorosa. I love that North Shore location.

Patience, Lulu, patience. It takes awhile to put embarrasing moments on paper!

Just curious......have you stayed at all these villas or done walk throughs. That's quite a list of houses. Looking forward to the write-ups.

Stayed at them all, but just shows how lazy I am. I have sat down to write these for over a year and nothing comes out! Some are as recent as last month, some last summer.

Hi Diana,

Thanks to the wonderful service we got from Destination St. John, we stayed at two in one week! There was a power outage in the subdivision that Cocotier is in. Not your usual island outage stuff, but a buried cable in the subdivision or something. Destination St. John was swift to react! They called and had us moved to another awesome house. This may sound like an add for Destination St. John, but they really were that good.

First of all, wow, adopt me too :D

Secondly, I just want to add my hearty endorsement of Destination St. John. Laura has been amazingly helpful to me on several occasions that went way beyond the call of duty.

Whew!
Knocked two more reviews out! Amazing how you lose yourself in the moment writing those things...then...poof..back to reality of my den.

Bummer

Now it's time to shed light on the embarrasing snorkle mask incident.
