Nice bed Jorge. I love those cave-like beds.

Maryanne - Is that a mirror over the fireplace? Is it refecting flames? I'd guess the rest of your house was on fire behind you when you took the picture.

I see the flames but I thought it WAS the fireplace - there's wood in the section underneath it. but maybe I got it all wrong :)

MB, on looking at it again, I see you're right. I'm used to the fireplace being at floor level. I didn't think about it being up high. Hmmm.

Jorge,

Thought I'd include a photo of the deck my hubby built 2 years ago. It's made from cedar. We've since done landscaping and added some furniture.

Jorge,
Hubby wants to know if you hand carved the columns on the bed....he's very impressed with your work.

Tell him yes I did. What is the finish on the deck? It looks nice. Tell him I love the roll in the bench bottoms. The only problem with my business around here is that we get invited to partys at friends homes and they only want Barbara to come. I found out one day that someone told me that they thought I would pick the workmanship in there homes. Ah, I don't do that. Most of the times I just walk thru with blinders on. Thanks for the pic. I like his work. Luvya, Jorge
you? pick? nahhhhhh ;)

The finish on that deck is beautiful! What a pretty setting too! I would live out there!
