Maryanne - Is that a mirror over the fireplace? Is it refecting flames? I'd guess the rest of your house was on fire behind you when you took the picture.

MB, on looking at it again, I see you're right. I'm used to the fireplace being at floor level. I didn't think about it being up high. Hmmm.

Thought I'd include a photo of the deck my hubby built 2 years ago. It's made from cedar. We've since done landscaping and added some furniture.

The finish on that deck is beautiful! What a pretty setting too! I would live out there!
