Look out - Here we come!

Post by seagrape »

Bloody Marys in hand, hanging out at the Denver airport after visiting family. We figure we are already half way from Alaska to STJ. We are going to start our pool on Monday! :) Trading mountains for the beach. Hope all the forumites are well!

The best to you,

Damn....that's a long way, but if people from the East Coast go to Hawaii, why shouldn't folks from, well....anywhere go to STJ?

In Feb. we met some great folk from Wyoming and we were comparing travel days. As our trip involves direct flights, it was pretty clear who had the more treacherous trip.

Big Lake Alaska

Post by Jo&Wally »

Hi Seagrape. We love Alaska and are wondering where is Big Lake located. We have come up to go Fishing every summer mostly in the Bristol Bay area and are always interested in new areas. Good Luck on the pool we did our here in Georgia two years ago and have really loved having it especially now that all the landscaping has grown in.

Thanks for the good karma youz guys! Great, uneventful flights - AA ON TIME! SAY WHAT?!? We even made the 9 ferry. This morning everything is a lush green and NOT A MOSQUITO in sight! Heading to the beach today after fixing our flat tire. Ya know, there is always something. The sun is shining, the wind is blowing and all is good....All the best to youz guys!
