I'm adjusting well to the new forum, getting the hang of doing something a little different. But boy, do I miss the TRIP REPORTS!

Now a couple of years ago I got blasted by someone on the forum when I had anxiously requested that someone PLEASE post a trip report. It had been dry for weeks, and I needed an Island fix. They said I was being "pushy".

So I'm not asking, I'm just wondering why no one has posted a Trip Report on the new forum.

But, I improvised and remembered the Archives on the old forum. So I took a blast to the past and have just spent the last hour enjoying January & February 2004! Some good TR's and some good laughs. Anthony said he will keep the old forum up so we can view the Archives, thanks Anthony it's been entertaining!

Happy planning to all you lucky ones heading to STJ, we're working hard on December (keep your fingers crossed for us)!

Hi Jorge,
Oh yea, I forgot that a fellow Virginian is "on island". Just know he's having a GREAT TIME! Nothintolose's report from last year has given me a bit of a "fix". It's bittersweet though, knowing that they went home to face Katrina.

Hope things are cool up in the Va mountains, it's hot down here in the Va swamp!

Jorge - where are you located? I'm in Virginia also. Located between Roanoke and Lynchburg. Near the Blue Ridge Parkway.
