So am i missing something or is it basically a giant iphone? I don't get it. And no, I didn't READ anything about it ;-)

I love that some women's groups seem to be upset about the name iPad. Apparently, the word pad has been claimed by women and can't be used in any other context.

I'll note that going forward.

I have to admit it, iPad made me think of maxipads.

I can't says I'm all up in arms about it. If anything, it makes me snicker.

I hadn't given the name a thought until I read this thread.

Hubby is salivating - why he didn't buy Apple stock back in the day is beyond me.
