THey have to be able to do something at least about the name--I cannot beleive that their landlord would take over and use their good name--it's akin to robbery--
I suggest a boycott of surly cantina until things get straightened out (unless the REAL owners are there--then of course partake!)

I don't know how it works in the USVI, but here if they incorporated or registered as a dba they would have prior use rights to the name.Carolyn wrote:I too am a fan of the REAL 'Surly Cantina'.
