Not an Ipad but I just got an Itouch and it is my new favorite thing. I just love it. I wish I would have made the leap to an Iphone.

I have to admit that the iBook feature was a major selling point for Marcia and me.

We went with the 64gig, wi-fi/3G combo. We were going to get the 32, but we thought we might regret that decision down the road.

I see it says 3G data plan is sold separately. Is there an additional charge if you already have the iPhone?

Yes, there is an additional charge for the 3G, but there is no commitment to a long term plan. You can get it on a monthly basis. It is $29.99 for unlimited data a month and something like $19.99 for some set amount of data download that I can't remember.

I could see getting it some months and not at all other months.

In retrospect, we could have gone with less hard drive. You are right, you can move content on and off the iPad and probably don't need the hard drive space.

Curious how you like it. Keep us posted.

Kilobytes which means thousands of bytes.

Which is to say not much :D

Seriously though, I guess it really depends on how much graphics each unit (book) has. Still though, not much until they start including video as well.

I can't wait for the next iTV or whatever it's going to be called.

I have the Apple TV and love it. It allows us to stream movies, songs and photos from our laptops to the big screen TV. You also can rent movies directly though it. It's great.
