Villa help

Any suggestions for a villa to house 8 people for a week? Six memebers of the group will be between 18 and 22 so we are thinking it would be best to be within walking distance to Cruz Bay so that they can have a lot more freedom. I know this limits our choices tremendously. We are looking at the villa Tamarind but have heard people say that there is a lot of construction by it right now. Not sure if that will bother us much- we are early risers so we won't be bothered and the idea of an "alarm clock" to wake up our lazy crew doesn't sound like a bad idea! Any thoughts?
