I love Picasa! It is so easy and it stores all pics on your computer in one spot! Editing is very easy and good quality as seen in these pics! I am glad that is the program you are using since I have a bunch of others but use mostly that one also.

It is making me want to be there that much sooner! Is it June yet?

Wow---I absolutely love your photos---you have a really great eye. Fun shot of the dog on the boat.

Vicki,
I have seen many photo's taken by people coming on island.........I will say you possess a true gift, about the only person I have seen that is able to capture shots like that is Steve Simonsen.....
Those pics would be shots to make a calender out of.
Until I can get back on island permently (2008) I live vicariously thru the photos of Steve's I have and checking out this board.

For those of you who enjoy beautiful STJ photos, I don't know if Matthew Reilly is currently a registered member of the forum, but he had posted links to this gallery in the past and they are some of my favorites:

That was incredibly strenuous. I think I have to go home and pack now.

Vicki- awesome photos. I want a new camera! Our old one was stolen and it had a lot of the manual settings. I saw Matt Reilly's stuff on Pbase a long time ago and one of his pics is my wallpaper. Great stuff :D
When will I see St John again?

Your pictures were excellent! The composition, clarity, and color were wonderful! You have an artistic eye! We are watching the sad news about VA Tech and these are brightening my evening. We return to SJ in July and I look forward to trying my hand again to take the perfect pictures :D
