Saw this link the other day and immediately thought of my VIOL pals! :) Villa gravity + cocktails on a stick = heaven!

The recipes on that site are kind of fancy (i.e. they involve fruit that might be expensive/tough to find on STJ), but most fruity cocktail recipes would probably do just fine in a popsicle. Throw a couple of packages of Dixie cups and some popsicle sticks into your carryon and you're good to go.
