Is there anyone on this forum that owns a timeshare here? Thinking about buying a week (resale) and and wanted to verify the maintenance fee for a Week 1-51 floating week. Also I understand you can request your week a year ahead of time. I know there are a limited number of timeshares here and wanted to know how hard it was to get the week you wanted. Also would appreciate a contact email for the resort. Have all timeshare units been renovated since the Renaissance took over? Thanks.

See this article. JMO, but I would be a bit reluctant about buying into this property until this gets ironed out.
