Question about the adult parade 4/28

Hello - my flight is arriving into ST. Thomas at 1pm on 4/28 I know the adult parade is going from Western Cemetary to Lionel Roberts Stadium-Will I have problems getting over to Red Hook?

The Parade is on Main St - the waterfront will be wide open - [parking would be tough] - but through traffic along the waterfront road will be moving easily - if the taxi really felt there was some difficulty downtown they could use the Mountain route but it will probably be unnecessary. Once you are past the Fort there should be little traffic all the way to Red Hook.
