Where did you get onboard the ferry? National Park Service Dock? And did you purchase your tickets on the ferry?

The ferry is located near customs across from The Natl Park bldg. You purchase your tickets directly from them before you board. Behind a fenced area, left hand side way before Mongoose Junction.

FYI the cost is $70 round trip plus there is now a $5 exit tax in the BVI that that you pay before getting on the ferry back to STJ.
