Are there any standard weekly specials in St Thomas or St John like all you can eat shrimp nights or discount lobster dinners? Special nights they do on a regular basis?

Yes, Wednesday or Thursday nights, on St John, is all you can eat shrimp at Lime Tree Inn. It is a St John fixture for locals & visitors. They are closed through October, I believe, check first.

Mim's has all you can eat peel and eat shrimp on Thursdays, a little bit spicy the seasoning they use.
