There is a sheet that she has you fill out when she picks you up. I need the wording to it.

Pam, she usually has people fill out a form so that she does not get in trouble by the Taxi association. She uses an old piece of carbon paper and I thought I would try and get her some carbonless forms made, if I can.

That is sooo sweet! Do you think she needs anything that I could bring for her? (BTW, I told her that I heard she "finally made it to STJ" when I booked with Rachel, and she still claims she's never set foot on the island..."I never left the ferry dock," she said.) Rachel is quite a character!!!

She did come to STJ. When I left my phone in her van. She surprised me by bringing it to me in person. I cried like a baby to see her on STJ!

She really likes classic country music. CD's are good. Something small from where you are from is always nice, too.

I left my bag in her car last December and she brought it to me. She said she doesn't like the ferry- it makes her sick! They let her sit up top...I couldn't believe she brought it over! The NICEST lady ever!! Cant wait to see her in 11 days!!!!

We filled out a form the first time we used her (maybe 3 years ago); have not filled out anything since and we user her to/from the airport.

maybe take a pic of it? if you are in the back seat she may not notice.

If she doesn't use it anymore than that would be good to know as well!

She may not use it anymore because this was our first time to use her services and we didn't fill anything out and I didn't see her writing anything.
She was so sweet, and it gave me such peace of mind. Our son flew in on a separate flight and didn't get in til 10:40 pm. It was nice for me as a mom to know he was taken care of and had her waiting to take him to the ferry...

I will be with Rachel on Saturday and can ask to take a photo of the form. Is this something you would like to keep secret from her?
