any local people know whats going on at magens point resort ? i have a time share there and just got a letter that they were in chapter 11 bankruptcy. of course a large a assessment fee came with it, they owe WAPA a lot of money and power could be cut to the resort. any info from locals would be great. thanks

I too am looking for information regarding the Magens Point Resort bankruptcy filing. I rec'd a large assessment fee to help get them out of bankruptcy but what if that does not happen? I am really on the fence about paying or not but not sure of ramifications if I don't. Does anyone know anything more about this?
