It is a great location - 2 blocks to the beach, 2 block to the bay and the Yacht Club. Had very minimal flooding from Sandy. We had all the repairs finished this summer - the house actually looks better than it has in years... strange

Anthony - I clicked the link and got chills, that house is VERY similar to my childhood home (in PA) in construction, style and furnishings. My dad was a builder in NJ back in the 70s. I wish he was around (passed away 2 years ago) to see those pictures.
