I have never done this but think it would be cool to have someone come in one night and cook for the two of us. Has anyone done this? We are staying in Coral Bay area so not sure if there's anyone in that area. Thanks!

Julie is an amazing chef. I'm sure she can fix you up with whatever you want.

East West Catering is the best!!! We used them last Thanksgiving and then had Julie do in house catering one evening. It was amazing. The food, the ambiance, everything was great. We'll be back in Feb and plan on hiring her again.

This really sounds like a neat idea, something our usual group of 8 has not tried. For those of you who have had an in villa chef prepare a meal, what kind of time are we talking about? Would we plan on say 2 hours from start to finish? Just looking for some idea of what to plan for.

Thanks!

Have used Mathayom http://www.stjohncatering.com three times! Twice had them come and prepare the meal and then last year for Christmas eve, had them drop off a prepared meal! Enjoyed both! With the drop off meal we had lots of leftovers for the next day. Allow 2-3 hours if you are doing a multi- course meal at your villa!

Enjoy!
