Fresh eggs?

When I was on island last year I met a woman who was in the process of starting a local egg business. I think her name was Colleen. Does anyone know if she ever got it off the ground?
Or, to put it another way, is there any place to buy fresh local eggs on St. John?

Oh yea, you're right.....it was Ruth! Maybe she doesn't like finding eggs on her "no sitting" stairs. Hahahahahaha!!!!
