We just planned a new trip, last minute!!!!! Now my head is spinning, what should I be remembering??? Usually I have months to plans and now ......what should I remember to do and bring?

Bug spray. You don't want this chikengunya.

OUCH !!!!

The only important things are your board shorts and your credit card. If you forget anything else it will be alright!

Check to make sure PASSPORT is current and/or Driver's license. How about car rental? Stop mail, stop paper. If you have pets - who will take care of them or feed them while you are gone.

Just curious - how soon are you leaving?

Here's my short generic packing list. Of course, the list is longer when we're going sailing. After our September trip we said we wanted to spend more time lounging on the beach; so that's my must do recommendation. We're down the last week of October, see ya on the beach.

Great list! I would also add benadryl to the list. I usually get bit really bad and taking benadryl before going to bed does help with the itch....

RickG, Thank-you so much for your packing list! We are leaving in less than a month and I got my list out and compared it to yours and I had forgotten a few items!! I take a parachute blanket for the beach and a polar bear back pack filled with frozen meat that we check. Oh and for the men! slider shorts for under the mans bathing suite.. Those short or long hikes can cause a rash that could ruin a few days of our precious time on the island!!!! also we like buffs for our heads -while snorkeling!! one more item is a pac-safe that goes around our backpack and locks on to a tree while we are out snorkeling. I feel that our camera's that we are not using in the water and personal stuff will be safer with that!!! Can not wait to get there!!!!
