Last minute villa help

Not for me, unfortunately! I have a friend that is trying to book a vacation to St John starting 4/2. I'm not sure of their planned return date but it will be at least 7 days. This falls over Easter so availability is an issue. They are looking for 2 bedrooms but the second bedroom has to have 2 beds or there needs to be a pullout available. Their kids are older so sharing a large bed isn't an option. They are open to either side of the island. A pool would be nice but not necessary. They would like AC in bedrooms. Their budget is in the neighborhood of $400/night. Is this an impossible dream at this time? Anyone have any suggestions?
