I'm craving Miss Lucy's crab calaloo soup, the pork belly app at Asolare and an Uncle Peeps sandwich at Sam and Jack's. I'll have to wait until April for my fix.

Tourist Trap's pork tacos!
Re: Must have food on STJ
Mango gazpacho at Rhumblines! One week from today I plan to be there enjoying a bowl of it

Sure, we tend to bring a cooler sometimes with food, but we never have a problem eating our way across the island.
A long while ago, maybe 6-7 years, we had Johnny-cakes near the car barge ferry at Enighed. It was across the street, and pretty much a trailer. They were great, and hope to find their equal. Would love to find a good place for roti's. Went to Shipwreck a few years back, and had some conch fritters with some kind of sauce, that was out of this world.
Them there foods, plus I can't wait to finally try Candi's bbq.
I'm hungry.
My ticker is finally squeezing down to almost less than 2 months, and I can't believe it. Been too long !

Ditto on the Grouper Reuben at Miss Lucy's - amazing! And..... always a chicken roti somewhere (i.e. at De Coal Pot, or Gertrudes on JVD). And my wife always loves and gets her absolute favorite - the pappardelle with wild mushrooms, pecorino and white truffle cream at Zozo's.

I will eat ANYTHING on St. John if we can just get there without incident in a week and a half! Looking forward to settling in at Cinnamon Bay Campground for 2 weeks. Never did learn how to do a ticker properly. Just please -let the planes be flying! More snow tonight here on Cape Cod, I'm afraid. And yes, Candi's.
