I guess it would depend on what he left in his dresser drawers.

I wouldn't rent the villa just because it once belonged to Kenny C, (I still dont know who he is or really care either) I would rent it if it was UFB, fully screened, a heated large pool with great views and comfy mattresses and high thread count sheets  But then I probably couldnt afford it

There are some wonderful homes in Peter Bay. My close friends built a house (and then sold it) that was amazing. I would stay there in a heartbeat.
I used to manage a house that is not on the rental market and it is amazingly beautiful. I would stay there as well.
There are some beautiful homes in Peter Bay and if you have the money, I say that you should stay there. I don't really care who owns the house, if I like it and it is in my budget, I will rent it.

Most definitely, so long as it was affordable. Although there are so many beautiful villas in the rental market, after having stayed at the Gatehouse, to me, there's nothing lke staying in Peter Bay; the views, the location, ... So, renting it would be more about staying in a beautiful villa, in a fabulous gated community, offering extraordinary views, great location I(the whole package) and if it just happened to be Kenny's place, well I guess that would just be the icing on the cake. Ali~

The reason I like the gatehouse so much is I love Glenn Speer's design.........the craftmanship....
I think it would not matter who owns the home......
I love the N. Shore beaches but I tend to like hanging in Coral Bay more with an occasional night in Cruz Bay.
For me it is easier to drive up centerline with a 'buzz on' then it is to drive N. Shore.......lol
So guess a larger villa would help so everyone could just come to me to party.............:)
