Hello,
I am looking for a 3 bedroom fairly close to Cruz bay.
Would like a descent pool, a descent view.
Has anyone stayed at Palm Terrace?

We've stayed there several times and are staying right now in Tropical Blessings, a three bedroom three bath condo at Palm Terrace. Very nice place and close to town. All the condos are roomy.

Tropical blessings is on my short list.
What level is this on?
So I am concerned about parking..is it off the street?
Are there enough beach chairs

There are a few steps down to get to the front door of the condo. There are three levels to Palm Terrace with Tropical Blessings on the second level. There is off street parking and plenty of beach chairs plus a few beach toys for kids. This villa is well stocked with many spices, soap, detergent,etc. The owner has taken great pride in furnishing her condo and it definitely shows. Let me know if you have any more questions I can answer!

Could you please tell me what company handles the rentals at Palm Terrace ?

Destination St John handles some of the rentals. Tropical Blessings is on VRBO.com and Blue Coral is also on VRBO.
