STT to STJ Car Barge Update

Happy Holidays all. We're landing at 3:30 in STT on Thursday the 29th. Just wanted to get some insight on the car barge situation at present, and if it's improved since a couple weeks ago. Every year prior we've had no issue, but it sounds like a confluence of issues could make it more challenging to get off STT Thursday. Thanks for any assistance!

Yesterday, 12/27, reported wait in Red Hook 2.5 hours from 3:30 to 6. In line for the 4 pm, the 5 pm, and made it onto the 6 pm
Someone this morning reported that the Capt Vic left the dock empty. ????
The car barge situation is still messed up.

I called Love City yesterday and was told they are not taking reservations. No answer at Global. I hope we both have good luck!!

Captain Vic started running yesterday but mostly moving back log of cargo....supposed to resume regular schedule today! But its the busy season and in the past Mr. B was running so wait time will still be longer than most are used to.
