Is it wrong to post something frivolous everyday (like this) just so I can enjoy watching my ticker get closer to single digits/zero?

If posting here is wrong, I don't wanna be right!

I'd have to say no, because when I read what you were doing, I decided to reply so I could do the same thing.

I can't believe it's just a few weeks away. I have so much to do before I leave.

We could just make this our daily thread to watch our tickers go down...if you don't mind me joining you.

No, it's not wrong! I had to post because I finally added a countdown ticker. I've been holding off because my trip was sooooo far away. (Planned in January, not going until December!) But today is 100 days away! Still too long, but it will probably fly by.

OK, so my 19 days seems kind of lame when others are going in 4 days. Soooo jealous. I know there are a few more October and November folks around here, so come join us!!!!

I think the tickers make it go faster. I remember when we had over 200 days to go, and I didn't think I'd make it. Now I don't know if I have enough time to pack.

P.S. Steve -- when do you arrive (my math skills not so great...) just trying to figure out if we'll be there at the same time.
