USPS Priority Mail to STJ

Anyone ever use priority mail to ship something to St. John ahead of their arrival? I've been told that it can take up to three weeks -- I know the usps mail is slow, but that seems a bit long. I'd appreciate any imput or experiences you might have had.

I use USPS Priority for business shipments to STJ and for some reason always makes it within a week.

Was on STJ in August and forgot my camera charger....Family sent it Fed-EX next morning delivery....It took three days for overnight

My family always uses USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day guarantee is what they say at the PO in the States) as it is the cheapest option, and it ALWAY takes 7-10 days. I have never had anything arrive under 7 and the longest was 3 weeks !!!
If you do need something overnight, USPS Express Mail is your guaranteed overnight, and it has always made that deadline.
