moderation is key. start moving those OT posts over here and people will quickly get the message...and find it using the index. maybe they will change thier bookmarks to the index. i know mrs b has the travel one as her bookmark. it might even drive more traffic to the relocation forum.

i was site admin for a phpbb that was geared twords television with an emphasis on british programming. after year 3 i desinged a bittorrent tracker that was integrated into the board. i had about the same amount of users, but not the same amount of lurkers. i had 3 moderators to do the moves and such, and did the real admin stuff myself. sadly i had to shut it down after some friendly letters from ITV and the BBC.
