We stayed at Ristaba - it was in Chocolate Hole North because it was the only one that could fit our crowd that was available and reasonably priced. If you want me, email me and I will email you a link to all of the bigger villas.
We also looked at Chateau Margot on Bordeaux and Great Expectations as well as some of the above mentioned. I liked Ixora but it was to small for our crowd.
We used the house at Ristaba and the cottage - 6 bedrooms and one couple from our group stayed at Estate Lindholm.

Tennis Villa was great
Hi thought I would mention, my family stayed at Tennis villa several years ago and it was very nice. The amenites are great, and it is a easy walk down to the Westin where you can visit the shops and bar/restaurant.
We loved it, except when we were there it was real hot, and while the bedrooms all have A/C the main house area doesn't. It was a bit uncomfortable even with the fans turning.....but given a period that was 95-100 degrees it would have been perfect.
