Any STX lovers out there?

We are thinking about a trip to St Croix next fall/winter. Had a wonderful visit to STJ this year and booked another trip there for April 07. We enjoy laid back places and love to snorkel, spend time chillin' at the beach, eat West Indian food, and hiking. For those of you who have been to both STX and STJ, can you tell me how they compare in terms of beaches, snorkeling and the "feel" of the island. I remember seeing a few STX trip reports over the past year, but I am having trouble finding them. I seem to recall that people who visited STX loved it.
