Glenmar Villa
You all have been great with information. I've found a lisitng for a Villa called Glenmar. I think its on Gift Hill, anyone have any comments or information.

I used the work for the property manager of this house.
First I will say that the owners of this home are wonderful people and they love their home and take great care of it.
I love the open first floor and the pool is wonderful. It is a residential neighborhood with great neighbors ( at least they were when I lived on St. John)
This is not a grand luxury villa, it is a comfortable home with all the amentities you need. The view is nice and you will get great sunsets depending on the time of year.
It is quite secure with metal deadbolt louver doors that let in the breezes but keep out bugs.
The location is nice as it is not far from either Cruz Bay or Coral Bay.
