California Earthquake mag. 5.8

Post by California Girl »

Just posted this on the OT forum. We just had a real good shaker! Just upgraded from 5.6 to 5.8 centered in Chino Hills (a few miles SE of L.A.).

Wow! I hope you didn't get any damage. I think of you often when I hear about the fires out there! My prayers go out to all in danger and the rescue crews. Be safe!

I just talked to my daughter who lives in Culver City. She said it wasn't a big deal there. Just a little bit of shakin' that lasted a little longer than normal.

Depends if your daughter was here in 1994. In hindsight it was no big deal, but when you rock and roll through it your mind goes to 1994 and you wait.
