I stayed at the Conrad near the causeway last August while there on business, it's really nice, I think it's a Doubletree as I recall.....great pool, not much beach. But, by all means, definitely plan to check out Old San Juan and the fort El Morro, it's magnificent. We lived in Germany for two year...

ha! love the story!

I guess I'd take the mud though rather than the cold! I grew up in the north, skiing all my life, but as I get older the cold really sucks.....

We got a small amount of snow, about 6" before the rain hit us. Higher elevations got nailed I understand. When we start seeing signs of spring, that means we made it through the nastiest part of winter....ie, Jan/Feb time period. It was really cold up here this year, spent way too much time dr...

High Surf?

north shore on STJ should pick up some real high waves starting by noon today. There will be 8' swells arriving at Cane Garden Bay late morning. The big swell will last into tomorrow at which point it will start decreasing in size. I would expect surfers at Cinnamon and some decent waves at Trunk. A...

That's a total bummer. We fly out of Manchester with connections on USAir each year, get into STT around 11:30am. We always book early, and USAir typically changes the flight times a few times after we book, but the times never screw us up....they are always just small adjustments. I will say, when ...

Hey Rick, you need to swtich to Cruzan Single Barrel, truly a step above and dreaming about it will give you more motivation to finish the shoveling sooner! Good luck, you have more snow than we in NH!

Today I'm traveling in Quebec, and you also have more snow than the locals up here!

I highly recommend buying the mask first, to verify the proper fit, then order the lens through the dive shop.
