CA ferry back up and running
Hi everyone
I'm here in Kansas City after a 17 hour travel day
Anyway, haven't caught up on the forum yet so forgive me if this has been mentioned already but when I was getting on the 6am Red Hook ferry there is a sign in the window of the ticket booth saying the CA ferry is up and running........yeh
Luv ya all
Pia

DITTO!!!!!!!!!. I kinda like that cab ride to R/H, but love the C/A ferry better!!!I'm trying to hope that the world is gettin' leveled out again after a really bad turn..Thanks Pia! ....don't eat too much BBQ in KC!
I'd rather be in the boat with a drink on the rocks than in the drink with a boat on the rocks

Marcia, I get a little queasy on boats, too, but I just love 'em, so I take Bonine. It works great and it doesn't knock me out.
I think it would be wise to make a phone call to the ferry company and confirm whether it's actually running or not. I was planning to do that anyway, but haven't gotten around to it yet.
