As a fellow recent AA "victim", I empathize completely. Good luck!

We had 5 minute security lines leaving NoLa. We arrived early in case the bin Laden event had an impact. No worries so far on AA.

It's not just AA. We had the flights from hell on US Air last week (Philly-St. Thomas). :( It was bad enough that I vowed to take driving vacations for awhile. (That won't last.)

What kinds of issues did you have?

We *never* have a trip that goes smoothly, theres always something that goes majorly wrong with our flights. I too decide that our next vacation we'll be driving. And then we end up on a plane to St Thomas/St John again. But I can say that I will NEVER, EVER fly Delta again.
Hope everything works out for you.

Kelleeana is in the house! She drank the bar out of mojitos and demanded more mint. Those boys ran!
