Is it Shipwreck or the plaza that it's in? The article says that there are leases already in place. Maybe the restaurant has one of those leases.

Hmmm, seems as if I read Shipwreck Landing and 1,500,000.00 But please don't quote me as it was very late when I read it. I could be wrong.

The COMPLEX is for sale with leases in place for Shipwreck Restaurant & 3 occupied retail spaces. The asking price of $1.5M includes the land (.76 acre), the buildings & the leases in place.
