South Palm Villa - Virgin Grand Estates

Post by HughA »

Can anyone advise just where in Virgin Grande this villa sits. Is it down on the lower part?
Thanks so much,
Hugh

If you look on Sherban's Google Villa Map, it sits to the left of Abrigado (it's the terra cotta colored roof with square pool).

We stayed at South Palm if you have any specific questions.

Also, their web page shows it on the google map:

Thanks so very much. I am a little concerned about the pool being 'murky''. That would certainly be a problem for us. Did it need a cleaning and was that taken care of? Also, many rental companies offer it but can you tell me who is the actual on-island management?
Also did the fact that it is down lower make it buggy. That happened to us once so we generally like to rent a villa that is higher up.
Thank you again so very much,
Hugh

Maybe "Murky" was a bit harsh, it was the last week of August, so very warm and just not "crystal clear" I wish I had a picture but cant seem to find them, so minor - it was never even brought up to the management co. The management co. was Suite St John, they where excellent - as was Tommy the gentleman that greets you and maintains the property. We did encounter one evening that was buggy but I don't recall it being an issue otherwise. Some other pros are it is fully air conditioned, all bedrooms are accessed from inside - which was great for us because we had 4 children with us, I loved that Tommy took away the trash daily unlike in any other villa I have stayed and had to remove it.
